When environmental pollution due to smoke, dust and noise seriously affects human health, the value of the garden array, skylight is a trend that many families are aiming for. And the sacrifice of living space for space to relax and rest is being chosen by many people.
In this tube house, when designing, the architect prioritized creating many relaxing spaces, making effective use of natural light and wind to create a “green” living space for the owner.
Here, the house is divided into 5 parts that are almost equal in length. And the real living space for birthdays (eating, sleeping) only accounts for two parts, the remaining three are almost empty for the front yard, back yard and skylight, garden. In particular, the garden area in the middle of the house becomes the center of art and handles ventilation and light for all the remaining surrounding spaces. The functional spaces are designed to allow people living in the house to enjoy the green, airy views outside. The main tone of the house is white, gray with light decorative pieces in a minimalist style, minimizing redundant details to fully enjoy the living space. The bathroom has an additional small steam room, which is an essential relaxation place for the family but often neglected when it comes to home design. Just 1m2 is a place that brings many health benefits to the family, relieves pain, relieves stress, detoxifies toxins… The balcony is less boring when used as an aquarium, while watching the fish swim both below and above and create a unique feature for the house. The living room is connected to the kitchen, making the housewife’s kitchen use more reasonable and convenient. The terrace has only a small space so that every early morning the owner can make a cup of coffee to watch the sunrise, exercise, and grow vegetables. Sometimes in the evening, you can have a BBQ party with friends and relatives. Although it is a townhouse, the owner has “sacrificed” the daily living space to reserve an area for relaxation needs such as an aquarium, a mountain corner, a place to grow ornamental plants, flowers, etc. For the weekend. , Tet holiday, it will be a place to meet, have fun, chat with family and friends.
